  3. This redraws the menubar.  Use after enabling or disabling an entire menu (using DISABLE ITEM(menu #;0) or ENABLE ITEM(menu #;0)).

  5. Causes the proper grey-out or black-out of the menu title to reflect its state.

  7. Just call once after setting all menus to desired state.
